1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bajiok ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses or uses the bajiok website, mobile application, or any associated services. By accessing bajiok in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Bajiok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the bajiok platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through bajiok, including casino games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and any future services added to the platform. Where specific games or promotions have their own rules, those rules apply in addition to these general Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use bajiok, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Bajiok does not permit access to anyone under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
  • You must be accessing bajiok from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using bajiok is legal in your location.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from bajiok or any affiliated platform.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a bajiok employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

Bajiok may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on bajiok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not share your account with any other person or allow anyone else to use your account.
  • Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact bajiok support immediately.

Bajiok reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Accounts may be temporarily restricted while verification is pending.

4 Deposits

Bajiok supports a range of local payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. Deposits are credited to your bajiok account promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. The platform does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

  • Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
  • All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • Bajiok reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before funds are made available for play.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
  • Bajiok does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal activity. Any such deposits will be reported to the relevant authorities.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact bajiok support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a duplicate deposit before confirming the status of the original transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Bajiok processes withdrawal requests promptly. Before any withdrawal can be approved, your account must have completed the standard identity verification process. This is a one-time requirement and does not apply to subsequent withdrawals once verification is complete.

  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account at the time of request.
  • Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • Bajiok reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unsatisfied wagering requirements, or a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal methods. Contact support if you need clarification on a declined withdrawal.

Reminder: Bajiok does not charge withdrawal fees. If you are being asked to pay a fee to release funds, contact support immediately — this may indicate fraudulent activity targeting your account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bajiok offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence.

  • Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
  • Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
  • Bajiok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

If you have questions about the terms of a specific bonus, contact bajiok support before accepting the offer. Once a bonus has been activated, its terms cannot be changed retroactively.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on bajiok operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every outcome is genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player history, or any external factor. Bajiok's RNG systems are independently tested and certified.

  • Each game on bajiok has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and any stakes returned to the player's account.
  • Bajiok reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was affected by a software error, data feed failure, or any other technical issue.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
  • Collusion between players in any game format is prohibited. Suspected collusion will be investigated and may result in account suspension pending review.

Game results displayed on the bajiok platform are final once a round is completed and confirmed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with bajiok support within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bajiok account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else. Bajiok will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

  • Use a password that is unique to your bajiok account and not used on any other platform.
  • Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
  • Do not save your login credentials in browsers on devices you do not own or control.
  • Enable any additional security features offered by bajiok, such as two-factor authentication, where available.
  • Report any suspicious activity on your account to bajiok support immediately.

Bajiok uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, no system is completely immune to risk. Bajiok cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your own account credentials.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bajiok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity and stay in control. These tools are available to all players at any time through the account settings section.

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your bajiok account.
  • Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified when your limit is approaching.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period without permanently closing your account.
  • Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from bajiok for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

Bajiok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Operating multiple accounts on the bajiok platform.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
  • Abusing bonus offers or engaging in bonus fraud.
  • Engaging in any activity that bajiok reasonably believes to be fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to the platform or other players.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been closed in error, contact bajiok support to request a review. You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support directly.

11 Limitation of Liability

Bajiok provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, bajiok cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

  • Bajiok is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or delays outside of its reasonable control.
  • Bajiok is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Bajiok's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
  • Bajiok is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits bajiok's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Gambling involves financial risk. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Bajiok is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal use of the platform.

12 Changes to These Terms

Bajiok may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, bajiok may notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of bajiok after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
